New Dubai home for Scruffy Dog

Scruffy Dog Group, the turnkey contractor for theme parks, resorts and attractions projects, has opened a new home in Dubai.

The company has had a presence in Dubai for over a year, but the new offices and new full-time local team will allow Scruffy Dog to establish a closer relationship with local clinets.

Operations director Tim Hopcraft said: "This was the natural step to take to ensure our clients receive the attention that their projects deserve. We aim to deliver the region's highest level of creative design with global resources and a local understanding."

The new offices come with a studio and six workstations and meeting rooms, to work in conjunction with the London and Barcelona studios.

The latest coup for the company is Shrek's Adventure in London where Scruffy Dog teamed up with Merlin Entertainment to design, build and install the world's first Light Fury to the cast.
